Unfortunately tonights guest speaker was unavailable due to family illness.
Instead Rotarian Micheal Colgrove gave an update to his recent trip to Vanuatu to complete a RAWCS Project that had been commenced earlier in the year.
The kindergarten that they were working at now has a completed toilet block with 4 toilets and 2 handbasins. A water tower was also installed.
To the great delight of the children at the kindergarten a new playground was erected . The children even arriving early each day to play.
All in all a successful trip by the team of 8 Rotarians.
Valeria our inbound exchange student updated us on her recent trip to central Australia.She enjoyed the varied landscapes of the centre. One of her favourite experiences was that she got to swim with a crocodile.She was inside a glass cage but was able to get up close (glad it was you Val and not me
