Members and their families with special guests, Kevin Mack - Albury Mayor and Nancy Rooke - a Wiradjuri elder, enjoyed good food and great weather at

 

Australia Park for our Australia Day breakfast BBQ.

 

Special thanks to Rosalie, Jean and Mike for organising this years event.

 

Both Kevin Mack and Nancy Rooke thanked our club for a wonderful morning and spoke about Albury and Australia day and what made it special for them.

 

 

Nancy also demonstrated, with the help of Kevin and Ken, the possum coat that was worn by the Wiradjuri elders at special occasions.

 

 

We look forward to next years event, we're sure it will be just as enjoyable.
