Foundation donation of $13,000.00 for alterations to St Mathews for a separate Carevan area.
St Matthews in conjunction with Carevan are seeking a grant to commence works on a new entrance at the front of St Matthews Rectory which will allow permanent access to the Carevan visitor and a warm place to enjoy meals during the cooler months. Carevan currently serves meals in the church gardens on a Tuesday and Thursday evening. Spare meals are given to St Matthews for distribution throughout the week as well. The room potentially could be used for other services such as counselling, GP services etc for Carevan visitors which is currently being worked on. The room will be lockable with no further access to the rectory which will confine visitors to the the room only. Incorporates disability access.
